this saturday there is a show at mighty mighty in wellington... i am playing with a quite amazingly pieced together band... joe blossom on piano... donald ferns on guitar... richardo holtz on bass... and errrr not sure who will be playing drums yet... we have not rehearsed together and most likely will only be playing all at once for the first time once we hit the stage... very exciting stuff... inspiration is being taken from john lennon's showing at the toronto peace festival in 1969 where that band had their first rehersal at the back of the plane on the way to the show and then just hit the stage as soon as they arrived... i reckon thats pretty choice...
